Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is deemed not to be the fault of Artful Soap Co. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will not be refunded. We don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the personal nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Any products that have been opened or used. All sales are final on skincare products unless damaged or incorrect (see above).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please log into your account and select "return" from your order history page. If you do not have an account, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns are inspected and any evidence of product use (faulty diffusers excluded) or fraudulent return will NOT be refunded. Buyer will forfeit monies paid for item and we will NOT send the item back.
Shipping Processing time:
We usually process orders the same business day and ship the following business day. We do however reserve the right to take up to 5 business days to process orders if needed. Orders are shipped via USPS in the first class or parcel post shipping class.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and customs processing.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Artful Soap Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
